1. Membership/Subscription Services
If you’ve subscribed to a recurring meal or product plan:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds are not provided for already-prepared or delivered subscription items.
2. Refunds for Membership/Subscription
We do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription payments that have already been processed
- Unused portions of a subscription period
However, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors resulting in unintentional subscription renewals
To request a refund, please contact us at support@riseanddinedelights.com within 24 hours of the charge with the following:
- Your full name and email address used for the subscription
- Order number and transaction details
- A brief description of the issue
3. Pausing Your Membership/Subscription
We offer the option to pause your subscription temporarily. You can select a pause duration by contacting us at support@riseanddinedelights.com. Pausing must be done before the next billing cycle.
4. Changes to Membership/Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update pricing, terms, or features of the subscription with prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance via email.
5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges for products purchased from our Online Shop
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@riseanddinedelights.com.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it's due to an error on our part).
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Request for Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
- To request a refund, please contact us at support@riseanddinedelights.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, session date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 7 business days.
