4 clove garlic
1/2 cup tahini, stirred well
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or caper brine
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce or vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon agave or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
