  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cooking oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
