This pretty-in-pink lemonade uses the whole lemon and strawberries to make this sweet tart drink. It’s delicious on its own or as a mixer for your favorite summer cocktails.

Ingredients:

  • 2 thin-skinned lemons (3 to 3 1/2 ounces each)
  • 10 ounces strawberries, hulled (about 2 cups hulled)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups cold water, divided
