Description

This recipe can be easily halved to feed smaller crowds, or doubled to feed larger crowds.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup gochujang Korean chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 10 to 12 chicken bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (4 to 5 pounds)
  • Sesame seeds, garnish
  • Scallions, garnish
