Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon rose water*
