Rose Hip Jam

Description

During the summer, when the beach rose bushes are filled with bright rose hips, one of my favorite things to make is rose hip jam.

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups large rose hips
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 large green apple
  • 2 lemons, zested and juiced
  • 6 cups water
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter

Directions:
