  • 3 1/4 cups (about 1 pound) rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Zest from 1 large orange
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
