Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) block extra-firm tofu, drained
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon Sriracha or chili garlic sauce
1 large clove garlic, finely grated (about 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger, from a 1-inch piece
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup cornstarch
Cooking spray
Kosher salt, to taste
Scallions and toasted sesame seeds, for serving (as desired)
